- Connect an external keyboard and mouse before placing the laptop on the stand, as the built-in keyboard will be elevated out of comfortable typing reach.
- Use the storage space beneath the stand for a wireless keyboard, documents, or a tablet to keep the desk surface clear.
- Fits laptops from 11 to 17 inches — check your laptop’s dimensions against the stand platform before use if it is at the larger end of the range.
- Wipe the stand with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust — the aluminium alloy surface resists marks and fingerprints well.
- For stubborn marks, use a slightly damp cloth and dry immediately — avoid abrasive cleaners that can scratch the anodised finish.
- Check that the rubber or silicone feet on the base are clean and free from grit to prevent desk surface scratching.
