You must not use our products or services for unlawful or unauthorised purposes, violate applicable laws, transmit malicious code or introduce harmful material. A breach may result in immediate termination of access.

We reserve the right to refuse service where permitted by law.

Information you submit, other than payment-card details, may be transferred across networks and adapted to meet technical requirements. Payment-card information is encrypted during transmission.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit the service, access to it or website content without express written permission.

We aim to present accurate product, pricing, availability and service information, but do not guarantee that every description, image, price or other element will always be complete, current or error-free.

Website information is provided for general purposes and should not be the sole basis for decisions where more complete or current information is required.

Products or services may be available exclusively online and may have limited quantities. Refund or replacement eligibility is governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

We make reasonable efforts to display product colours and images accurately, but cannot guarantee exact display on every device.

We may limit sales by person, household, region or jurisdiction.
We may limit quantities.
Descriptions, prices or availability may change without notice.
A product or service may be discontinued at any time.

Any offer is void where prohibited.

5. Orders, prices and billing

Prices may change without notice. We may modify or discontinue a product or service, subject to applicable law.

We may refuse, limit or cancel an order, including orders linked by customer account, payment method, billing address or delivery address.

If an order changes or is cancelled, we may attempt to notify you using the details supplied at checkout.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information.

Promotions

6. Promotions

Unless stated otherwise, promotional codes cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, applied retrospectively or used after expiry.

Promotions may exclude selected products, collections, delivery charges, taxes, duties or other fees. They may be withdrawn or amended before redemption, subject to applicable law.

Orders that appear to involve misuse, duplicate accounts, resale activity or fraud may be cancelled.

7. Shipping and delivery

Standard tracked shipping is offered according to our Shipping Policy and Shipping & Delivery guide.

Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Customs, carriers, public holidays, weather and other events outside our control may affect delivery.

Customers are responsible for accurate delivery details and any customs duties, import taxes, local handling fees or related destination charges.

8. Returns and refunds

Products are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect or qualify for another remedy under applicable law.

Damage, defect or incorrect-item claims must be reported within seven days of delivery and may require photographs, video, packaging information and the shipping label.

Approved claims may be resolved by refund or reshipment. Read the Return & Refund Policy.

Gift cards

9. Gift cards

Novva Living gift cards do not expire and remain valid indefinitely from the date of purchase, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Gift cards have no cash value and cannot be redeemed, exchanged or refunded for cash, in full or in part, except where required by law.

Gift cards may be used towards eligible purchases on novvaliving.com. Lost, stolen or fraudulently obtained gift cards will not be replaced or refunded once redeemed.

Novva Living is not responsible for a gift card that is lost, stolen, damaged or used without authorisation.

Privacy & use

10. Third-party tools and links

We may provide access to third-party tools, services, content or links. We do not monitor or control every third-party service and provide access on an “as available” basis.

We are not responsible for examining third-party websites, products, policies or services. Your use is subject to the third party’s terms and policies.

11. Comments and submissions

If you submit reviews, suggestions, ideas, creative material or other content, you grant us permission to use, reproduce, edit, publish, distribute and display it where legally permitted.

Submissions must not:

Violate copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights.
Contain unlawful, abusive, defamatory, obscene or misleading material.
Contain malware or harmful code.
Impersonate another person or misrepresent their origin.

We may remove content considered unlawful, offensive, threatening, defamatory or otherwise objectionable.

Personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Eligible visitors can manage certain advertising-related preferences through Your Privacy Choices.

13. Errors and prohibited uses

Website or service information may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to descriptions, pricing, promotions, delivery charges, transit times or availability.

We may correct errors, update information or cancel affected orders where permitted, including after submission.

You must not use the website:

For unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or misleading purposes.
To violate intellectual-property, privacy or other legal rights.
To transmit malicious code or interfere with security.
To collect another person’s information unlawfully.
To scrape, spam, phish, crawl or otherwise misuse the service.

We may suspend or terminate access for prohibited use.

Liability & law

We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. It is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Novva Living will not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential loss resulting from use of the website, products or services.

Nothing excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable statutory consumer rights.

You agree to indemnify Novva Living against claims arising from your breach of these terms or another person’s rights, to the extent permitted by law.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. A failure to enforce a term does not waive it.

These terms and related agreements constitute the complete agreement concerning the service and are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, subject to mandatory consumer protections where you live.
