All products are final sale. We offer refunds or reshipments only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products claimed within 7 days of delivery.
Contact us within 7 days with photos or videos of the damage. We’ll issue a refund or arrange a free reship.
Provide photos of the product received and a photo of the shipping label within 7 days. We’ll reship the correct item or issue a full refund.
