Sizing and laptop compatibility
- Select the size that matches your laptop’s screen diagonal measurement — not the overall laptop body dimension.
- 11–12 Inch — compact ultrabooks, MacBook Air 11″, iPad Pro 12.9″ in a keyboard case. If in doubt between 11–12″ and 13–14″, choose the larger size.
- 13–14 Inch — the most widely compatible size. Fits MacBook Pro 13″ and 14″, MateBook 14″, ThinkPad 13″ and 14″, Dell XPS 13″, and equivalent models from Xiaomi, Huawei and Lenovo.
- 15.4–16.1 Inch — MacBook Pro 15″ and 16″, Dell XPS 15″, and equivalent 15″–16″ models. Do not use with a 17″ laptop — the sleeve will not close properly.
- If your laptop has a thick protective case fitted, measure the cased laptop’s total dimensions and compare against the sleeve’s internal dimensions — you may need the next size up.
If you are between sizes, always size up. A sleeve slightly larger than the laptop is safer than one that is slightly too small — a forced sleeve will stress the zip and compress the plush lining at the corners.
Colour guide and gift recommendations
- Navy Blue — the most professional and versatile colour after Black. Works in corporate, academic and casual contexts. Pairs well with black, grey and tan bags.
- Grey — the most neutral option outside Black. Works in every context without standing out. The practical choice for a shared or office laptop sleeve.
- Red — immediately identifiable in a bag, at a meeting, or at security. The fastest colour to spot when pulling a sleeve from a full bag.
- Green — a considered, distinctive choice that works in creative and academic environments. More individual than Navy or Grey without the high visibility of Red.
- Camel — the warmest and most premium-adjacent colour in the range. Works particularly well with leather bags, tan totes and warm-toned accessories.
- Black — the default recommendation for an unknown recipient, a corporate environment, or anyone who wants a sleeve appropriate in every setting. The lowest-maintenance colour for visible marks and long-term appearance.
- Gift guidance — Black or Navy Blue for an unknown recipient. Red or Green for a student or creative professional. Camel for a design-conscious recipient with a leather or warm-toned bag. Grey for a corporate or shared device context.
Cleaning and fabric care
- Spot clean the outer surface with a damp cloth and a small amount of mild soap. Wipe off any soap residue with a clean damp cloth and air-dry fully before use.
- Do not machine wash or tumble dry — machine washing can damage the waterproof coating and distort the plush lining, reducing both protective performance and fit.
- For the plush interior, use a soft dry cloth or lint roller to remove dust and debris. Do not rub aggressively — heavy rubbing can mat the fibres and reduce the scratch-free surface quality over time.
- If the sleeve becomes wet through, air-dry fully — open and facing downward — before reinserting the laptop. Storing a laptop in a damp sleeve can trap moisture against the device.
- Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight during drying, which can fade the outer fabric colour over time, particularly on Red and Green.
The waterproof exterior resists incidental moisture (spills, light rain reaching into the bag) but is not submersion-proof. Do not place the sleeve directly in water or carry it in a bag that is saturated through.
Daily use and storage
- Always close the zip fully before placing the sleeve into a bag — an open sleeve will not protect the laptop corners or screen edges from contact with other items.
- Do not place heavy or sharp objects directly against the sleeve when packed. The sleeve provides cushioning and scratch protection but is not a rigid case — sustained pressure can compress the plush lining over time.
- When storing the sleeve without the laptop, store flat — do not compress tightly under heavy items for extended periods, which can flatten the plush lining.
- Clean the zip teeth occasionally with a dry brush to remove grit, and apply a small amount of zip lubricant or candle wax if the zip feels stiff.
- If you own multiple sleeves, assigning a colour per device makes identification faster in a bag.
