01Blood Oxygen, Blood Pressure & Blood Sugar — Three Metrics, One Device

Continuous monitoring of SpO2, blood pressure, and blood sugar from the wrist — three of the most clinically relevant health markers for everyday awareness, previously requiring separate devices or regular appointments. SpO2 indicates how well the lungs are oxygenating the blood; blood pressure tracks cardiovascular load; blood sugar reflects metabolic state. All three available at a glance, continuously, without a clinic or a separate device.

02IPS Display — Clear, Accurate, Readable at Any Angle

Accurate colour reproduction and wide viewing angles — health data, time, and notifications are easy to read whether the watch is viewed straight-on or at the oblique angle of a quick wrist check. IPS panels maintain colour accuracy and brightness across the viewing angle rather than shifting or washing out when tilted, which is the typical viewing position for a watch on the wrist.

03Magnetic Charging & 7-Day Battery — Charge Once a Week, Wear All Day

Magnetic charging snaps onto the watch without locating a port or aligning a connector — a small but meaningful friction reduction for a device charged regularly. Up to 7 days on a single charge means the watch runs through a full week of continuous health monitoring before needing to be charged. Charge on Sunday evening, wear through the week without thinking about battery level.

04Pink & Black — Everyday Wear in Two Versatile Colours

Black is the universally versatile option — works for professional, formal, and casual settings without drawing attention as a device. Pink is the warmer, more expressive option that suits casual everyday wear and appeals to anyone who wants their health watch to feel like a personal accessory rather than a piece of medical equipment. A health watch only delivers its value if it’s actually worn consistently — choosing a colour that suits the wearer’s style keeps it on the wrist.

In the Box1 × Smart Health Watch F57L
  • Blood oxygen (SpO2): measures the percentage of haemoglobin carrying oxygen. Normal range for healthy adults is typically 95–100%. Readings below 95% sustained over time may warrant attention; readings below 90% should be discussed with a healthcare professional. Useful for monitoring respiratory health, altitude acclimatisation, and overnight oxygen levels during sleep.
  • Blood pressure: measured as systolic over diastolic (e.g. 120/80 mmHg). Normal range is approximately 90/60–120/80 mmHg for most adults. The watch provides trend data and relative readings — for clinical diagnosis, cross-reference with a validated blood pressure monitor and consult a healthcare professional.
  • Blood sugar: provides an indication of blood glucose levels — useful for tracking trends and responses to food and activity for general health awareness. Optical sensor-based blood sugar readings on consumer wearables are indicative rather than clinically diagnostic. They should not replace prescribed glucose monitoring equipment for individuals managing diabetes.
  • All health readings are for general wellness monitoring and personal health awareness. The F57L is not a medical device and readings should not be used as the sole basis for medical decisions.
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional if you have concerns about any readings, or if readings fall outside the normal ranges described above.
  • Wear the watch with the sensor side facing down against the skin — the sensors use optical light to measure health metrics through the skin and require consistent contact to read accurately.
  • The watch should sit snugly but not tightly — comfortable for all-day wear, but firm enough that the sensor maintains consistent contact with the skin and doesn’t shift during movement. A gap between sensor and skin is the most common cause of inaccurate readings.
  • For blood pressure and SpO2 readings, stay still for 30–60 seconds during the measurement — movement introduces noise into the sensor data and reduces accuracy.
  • Position the watch approximately one finger-width above the wrist bone for the most consistent sensor contact and accurate readings across all three metrics.
  • Clean the sensor area on the underside periodically with a soft dry cloth — sweat, skin oils, and sunscreen build-up on the sensor lens reduce reading accuracy over time.
For blood sugar readings specifically, take the measurement before eating and after a period of rest for the most consistent trend data — readings taken immediately after activity or a meal will reflect those conditions rather than a baseline.
  • Charge using the included magnetic charging cable — align the connector to the contacts on the back of the watch and it snaps into position. No port to locate, no pressure needed to connect.
  • A full charge takes approximately 1–2 hours — use a standard USB charger or computer USB port. Avoid leaving the watch on charge for extended periods beyond a full cycle.
  • With up to 7 days of battery life, a weekly charging routine is sufficient for continuous all-week wear without battery management during the week.
  • Suitable for everyday wear including light water exposure (hand washing, light rain) — check the product documentation for the specific IP rating before exposing to greater moisture.
  • Clean the strap and case with a soft damp cloth — avoid soap, solvents, or abrasive materials. Remove the strap periodically to clean underneath, particularly in warm weather, to prevent skin irritation from salt and sweat build-up.
  • Download the companion app and pair the F57L via Bluetooth before first use — the app is where you review historical health data, track trends over time, set personal goals, configure notifications, and update firmware.
  • Wear the watch on the non-dominant wrist for more accurate readings during daily activity — the sensor stays better positioned when the wrist is less active, improving the consistency of all three health metric measurements.
  • Sync the watch with the app at least once daily to back up health data and keep the device clock accurate — unsynced data older than the device’s storage capacity may be overwritten.
  • Review your health trends over a minimum of 7 days before drawing conclusions from the data — individual readings vary based on activity, stress, temperature, and hydration. Trends are more meaningful than isolated readings.
  • If any reading consistently falls outside the normal range described in the health readings section, consult a healthcare professional rather than relying solely on the watch data for assessment.
Set up a regular time to review health data in the companion app — a 5-minute weekly review of SpO2, blood pressure, and blood sugar trends gives you the most useful picture of how your body is responding to daily habits over time.
SpO2. Blood pressure. Blood sugar. All day, every day.

“Three health metrics, IPS display, 7-day battery, magnetic charging — the health watch that earns its place on your wrist.”
