Measure your windscreen width or window opening before selecting a size. For car use, the shade should cover the full width of the glass from pillar to pillar for effective sun and heat blocking. A shade that is too narrow will leave uncovered sections that allow heat and light through.
- Car windscreen: extend the shade to its full width, position it against the inside of the windscreen, and attach the suction cups to the glass. The shade should sit flat against the glass with the retractable mechanism housed at the top.
