Redeeming the balance
The available balance can be applied to eligible purchases from Novva Living. If the order total is lower than the remaining balance, the unused value stays associated with the gift card for a future eligible order.
If the order exceeds the available balance, the remaining amount must be paid using an accepted payment method at checkout.
