The LED base is powered by batteries (standard AAA or button cell — refer to your unit’s base for type). Replace batteries when the light dims or flickers rather than forcing the switch repeatedly.
Switch the LED off when not displaying the rose to preserve battery life and reduce heat near the preserved bloom.
Do not expose the LED base to water or moisture. The base is not waterproof — keep it away from humid environments such as bathrooms.
If the colour-changing mode cycles incorrectly, remove and reinsert the batteries to reset the LED sequence.
Do not attempt to open, modify, or replace the LED module itself — the base is sealed and intended for battery replacement only.

The glass dome is sealed — do not attempt to open or remove the dome. Doing so may damage the preserved rose and voids any product guarantee.
To clean the exterior of the dome, wipe gently with a soft, dry microfibre cloth. Avoid abrasive cloths, chemical cleaners, or water, which can leave streaks or damage the glass surface.
Keep the rose out of direct sunlight. Prolonged UV exposure can fade the colour of the preserved bloom over time.
Store and display in a cool, dry location away from humidity, heat sources, and air conditioning vents — extremes of temperature and moisture can affect the preservation of the rose.
The preserved rose is delicate. Avoid dropping or knocking the dome, as impact may damage the bloom or crack the glass.
