The rose gold steel band is adjusted by removing links — this is done using a watch link removal tool or by a jeweller or watch shop, most of whom will size a watch band quickly and at low or no cost.
To estimate how many links to remove, fasten the band and note how many links of excess hang below the wrist — removing links in pairs (one from each side of the clasp) keeps the clasp centred on the underside of the wrist.
A correctly sized band should feel snug but not tight — you should be able to slide one finger underneath without the watch slipping freely around the wrist during movement.
Start conservatively and remove fewer links rather than more — it is straightforward to remove another link later, but adding one back requires keeping the removed links, which are easy to lose.

30M (3ATM) water resistance protects against splashes, rain, and hand-washing — the watch does not need to be removed for these everyday activities.
Do not wear while swimming, showering, bathing, or using a hot tub — sustained submersion and steam can degrade the seals and allow moisture to reach the movement.
If condensation or fogging appears inside the crystal, take the watch to a watchmaker promptly — moisture inside the case will damage the movement if left unaddressed.
Avoid pressing the crown while the watch is wet or near water — the crown is one of the main ingress points for moisture even on a water-resistant watch.

Wipe the case and rose gold band with a soft dry cloth after wear to remove skin oils and moisture — the single most effective habit for keeping the finish looking clean over time.
For a more thorough clean, use a soft brush with mild soap and warm water on the band, then rinse and dry thoroughly — do not submerge the watch during cleaning.
