Electric Foot & Calf Massager.

Kneading and warmth, on the feet and calves that carried you today.

A plug-in foot and calf massager combining kneading action, a warm compress and infrared warmth across the foot and calf contact area. In 4-button or 6-button models, in Red, Gold or Black, with EU, AU, US and UK plug options. It is a massager and not a treatment, and there are real limits on who should use a device that kneads and heats. Read the safety section before the first session.

Start on a low setting, for 15–20 minutes — and read the contraindications before your first session.
01
Kneading, On Feet And Calves

The mechanism kneads — mechanical pressure that works into the muscles of the foot, sole and calf rather than buzzing against the surface. That is the difference worth paying for: a kneading action applies real pressure you can feel working into a tired muscle, where vibration alone is a sensation rather than pressure. It is also the part of the session you control least, so the intensity settings matter.

02
Warmth, And Infrared Warmth

It combines a warm compress across the contact area with infrared heating. Both are warmth you feel rather than warmth that does anything internally — the useful thing about heat on tired legs is that it feels genuinely good at the end of a day, and it is the reason most people use a device like this. Start on the lowest heat and work up, because what feels comfortably warm varies from person to person.

03
Built For A Sofa, Not A Clinic

It sits on the floor in front of a chair, you put your feet in, and you leave it running for fifteen or twenty minutes while you do something else. That is the whole proposition — a session you will actually take because it costs you nothing but the time, rather than something that requires booking, travelling or setting anything up.

04
Four Or Six Buttons, And Your Plug

The 4-button models give straightforward control of the core functions — enough for most people. The 6-button model adds finer control over the individual settings, for anyone who wants to tune a session precisely. All models are available in Red, Gold or Black, with EU, AU, US or UK plugs. Check your local voltage before ordering for use abroad — the device is not dual-voltage.

FormatMassager — not a medical device

The variable that decides whether this suits you is sensation in your feet. A massager that kneads and heats is felt through the skin it is working on, so if you have reduced feeling in your feet — from diabetes or a neuropathy — check the skin after each session rather than judging by comfort, because discomfort is the signal that something is too much. Never use it on broken skin or over varicose veins, and stand up slowly afterwards.

Which Model 4-button, or 6-button?

Same three functions either way. The difference is how finely you can set them.

4-Button — Red, Gold, Black
  • Straightforward — core functions on simple buttons
  • Fewer settings to learn, which suits a shared or gifted device
  • Three colour choices and the lower-cost option
  • Less control over individual settings
6-Button — Gold
  • Finer control over the individual functions and timing
  • Better if you know what you like and want to set it
  • Gold only in the 6-button configuration
  • More buttons to work out before the first session

Kneading, warm compress, infrared — 4 or 6 buttons, three colours, four plug options — a real fifteen minutes for feet that have been on them all day.

Who It’s For

People whose feet and calves ache after long hours standing, walking or sitting, who want a warm kneading session at home and can feel their feet normally. Not for anyone with the conditions in the safety section, and not a treatment for poor circulation or any diagnosed condition.

Safety, Use & Care
  • Ask a healthcare professional before using it if you have a pacemaker or any other implanted electronic device. This is a mains-powered device with motors in it, and the sensible position with any powered device used against the body is to check first rather than assume.
  • Ask a healthcare professional before using it if you have a circulatory condition, diabetes, or are pregnant. Heat and mechanical kneading are not appropriate for everyone, and this is worth taking seriously rather than skimming past.
  • Do not use it if you have reduced sensation in your feet, including from diabetic neuropathy, without checking with a clinician first. The only warning that the pressure or heat is too much is the feeling in your foot, and a foot that cannot feel it properly cannot warn you that the skin is being worked too hard.
  • Do not use it on broken, inflamed or infected skin, on a foot ulcer, blister or cut, or over a recent injury to the foot or ankle.
  • Do not use it over varicose veins, over a swollen or painful calf, or on a leg where a clot is suspected. A calf that is hot, swollen and tender on one side is a reason to seek medical advice rather than to massage it.
  • Do not use it immediately after eating, and give yourself time afterwards before standing up — the warmth and the seated position can leave you light-headed.
  • Start on the lowest intensity and the lowest heat, and work up once you know how it feels. If either becomes uncomfortable rather than pleasant, drop a setting or switch that function off.
  • Keep to the session time — 15 to 20 minutes — and do not exceed the maximum continuous use stated in your manual. Longer is not better with heat and kneading, and the manual is the authority on the limit.
  • Never use it with wet feet, in a bathroom where it could be splashed, or while standing. It is a mains-powered device used on the skin.
  • Keep the power cable clear of your legs, ankles and feet while the device is running, and route it where nobody can trip over it or catch it when they move. A cable that runs across your legs is a cable that gets caught, and a cable that gets caught while you are plugged in is the risk worth avoiding.
  • Unplug it after every session and never leave it plugged in unattended. Inspect the cable before each use and stop using it if the cable is damaged, the plug is loose, or the device behaves oddly.
  • Do not use it while sleeping or drowsy, and do not fall asleep during a session — a device applying heat and pressure needs you awake to feel what it is doing and to switch it off.
  • If you have diabetes, check your feet before and after every use for redness, marks or blistering, and stop using it and seek advice if you find anything.
  • Keep it out of reach of children, and do not let a child use it. It is a mains-powered device with moving parts.
  • This is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat or cure any condition, it is not a treatment for poor circulation, and it is not a substitute for medical assessment of leg pain or swelling.
The two rules that matter most are both about not relying on the device to warn you: a foot with reduced sensation cannot tell you the pressure or heat is too much, so check the skin instead, and the device needs you awake and feeling it rather than asleep with it running. Everything else on this list is a setting, a cable or a session length — all things you can see to.
  • Put it on a flat surface in front of the chair you will sit in. The floor in front of a sofa or armchair is the intended position, and it is where the device is comfortable to use.
  • Route the cable clear of your legs and out of anyone's path before you sit down, so you are not reaching over a running device to free it later.
  • Start with one function at a time. Try the kneading alone, then add warmth, then infrared — that way you know which setting suits you before combining them.
  • Begin on the lowest intensity and heat. Work up only once you know how the pressure and the warmth feel on your feet.
  • Fifteen to twenty minutes is a session. Switch it off at that point rather than extending it, and check what your manual states as the maximum.
  • Take your feet out and sit for a moment before standing. Warmth and a seated position together can leave you briefly light-headed.
  • Unplug it after each session and let it cool before you move or store it.
  • Check your feet afterwards, particularly the soles and heels, and ease off the intensity if you see persistent marking.
The useful first session is deliberately unambitious: kneading only, lowest setting, fifteen minutes, feet checked afterwards. Everything after that is adjusting to taste.
  • Wipe the interior and exterior with a dry or barely damp cloth after each use. Do not put water or cleaning products directly on the device.
  • Do not fold or compress it for storage — store it flat, in a dry place, so the mechanism is not put under pressure.
  • Keep it away from liquids and never use it with wet feet. Dry feet and dry hands, every time.
  • Unplug after every session and do not leave it plugged in unattended. This is the electrical habit that matters most with a device of this kind.
  • Inspect the cable before each use, and stop using the device if the cable is damaged, the plug is loose, or it shows any sign of malfunction. Do not attempt a repair.
  • Check your local voltage before using it abroad. The device is not dual-voltage, so the plug option alone does not make it suitable for every country — confirm the supply where you intend to use it.
  • Do not use it in a bathroom or anywhere it could be splashed, and keep it away from children and pets.
Two things to remember with a mains-powered massager: dry feet, dry hands, and unplug it when you are done. The voltage check is the other one, and it is easy to overlook when you are buying for use in another country.
  • Look at the cable and plug every time you set it up. It is the part that carries the current and the part that wears, so it is the first thing to check.
  • Check the interior surfaces for wear or damage before a session, and do not use it if the lining is split or the mechanism feels loose.
  • Keep the contact surfaces clean and dry. Residue on the surfaces is the usual reason a session starts to feel different.
  • Note whether the heat still behaves as it did when new. A device that has started running hotter, or erratically, is one to stop using rather than to test again.
  • Check your feet after sessions, particularly if you use it daily, and ease off the intensity if you see persistent marking.
  • Store it flat and unplugged, somewhere dry and out of a child's reach.
  • Replace rather than repair it if the mechanism or the cable fails. A mains-powered device used on the skin is not something to patch.
A weekly glance covers it: cable, plug, contact surfaces, and whether the heat still behaves. Those four things are the whole of its upkeep.
