Insert or charge the battery as required (refer to included instructions for battery type or charging method).
Open the app and follow the ‘Add Device’ pairing process. The tracker will appear in the app once paired and its live location will begin updating immediately.
Attach the tracker to the item you want to track — keyring hole, bag attachment point, collar clip, or placed inside a pocket or pouch.
Set your proximity alert range in the app if the anti-lost notification feature is available — this is the distance at which the app will alert you that the tracker has moved out of range.

Keep the app running in the background on your phone for continuous location updates and proximity alerts. Restricting background app activity in Android settings may delay or prevent alerts from being delivered.

Keys: attach to your key ring — the most common use case. An alert when keys are left at home, and a location when they’re lost somewhere in the house or left at a location visited earlier in the day.

If the tracker stops updating its location, check the battery level first — low battery is the most common cause of tracking interruption before checking signal coverage or app connectivity.
Keep the tracker body clean and dry. GPS trackers are not typically waterproof unless explicitly stated — avoid prolonged exposure to rain or moisture, particularly around the battery compartment.

Tracker not showing in app: ensure Bluetooth and location permissions are enabled for the app in your Android settings. Close and reopen the app, then attempt to re-add the device via the ‘Add Device’ process if it does not appear automatically.
Location not updating: check that the app has background activity permissions enabled in Android settings — restricted background activity is the most common cause of stale or non-updating location data. Also check the tracker battery level in the app.
Anti-lost alerts not arriving: ensure notifications are enabled for the app in Android notification settings. Check that the app is not being killed by battery optimisation — add it to the battery optimisation exceptions list if alerts are consistently delayed or missing.
Tracker not pairing: reset the tracker by holding the power button for 10 seconds (or as described in the included instructions) until the indicator light resets, then attempt to pair again from the app.
Inaccurate location: GPS accuracy is reduced indoors and in areas with poor satellite coverage. Move the tracked item to an open outdoor area for a more accurate position fix. Allow 30–60 seconds for the location to stabilise after the tracker has been stationary.
