NFC pairing (on supported devices): ensure NFC is enabled on your device, then tap the earbuds or case to the NFC area of your phone — the pairing prompt will appear automatically. Accept to complete pairing. This only needs to be done once.
Standard Bluetooth pairing: remove the earbuds from the case, enable Bluetooth on your device, search for “Macaron TWS” (or similar) in the Bluetooth menu, and select to pair. Done once; the earbuds reconnect automatically on subsequent uses.
After initial pairing, the earbuds reconnect automatically to the last paired device each time they are removed from the case — no action required for daily use.
To switch to a new device, disconnect from the current device in its Bluetooth settings, then select the earbuds from the new device’s Bluetooth menu.
If the earbuds fail to connect, place them back in the case for 10 seconds, remove, and try again — this resets the connection and resolves most pairing issues.

Charge by placing the earbuds fully in the case and connecting the case to power via the included charging cable — ensure the earbuds are seated correctly and making contact with the charging pins inside the case.
Charge fully before first use — this establishes an accurate battery baseline and conditions the cells for long-term performance.
Clean the earbud tips regularly with a dry cotton swab — debris and wax build-up on the tips and speaker mesh is the most common cause of reduced audio quality over time.
If charging becomes intermittent, clean the charging contacts on both the earbuds and inside the case with a dry cotton swab — contact contamination is the most common cause of charging inconsistency.
Wipe the case exterior with a soft dry cloth to maintain the macaron finish — avoid solvents or abrasive materials that could dull or scratch the surface.
