01Built-in Fan — Cooling That Moves With You

The integrated fan circulates air directly inside the vest against the skin throughout the working day — the difference between a garment that traps body heat and one that actively moves air across the body during sustained outdoor physical work in hot weather.

025V USB — Runs from a Power Bank All Shift

Powers from any standard power bank worn on the belt — practical for a full outdoor shift without mains access, and the power source can be swapped or recharged without replacing the garment or interrupting the cooling.

03Heatstroke Prevention — Safety for Outdoor Workers

Designed for construction and fieldwork where workers cannot step inside to cool down — continuous airflow against the body reduces core temperature buildup over the course of a shift and lowers genuine heatstroke risk.

04Sleeveless Labour Fabric — Full Mobility

The sleeveless design preserves full arm mobility for physical work while the lightweight labour protection fabric adds no unnecessary bulk — wearable over a base layer or directly against the skin depending on conditions.

  • Connect the vest’s USB cable to a standard 5V power bank — the same format used to charge a phone. A capacity of 10,000mAh or above will power the fan for a full 8–10 hour shift at mid-to-high speed without needing a recharge mid-shift.
  • Place the power bank in a trouser pocket, belt pouch, or clip it to a belt loop — keep the cable tidy and away from moving machinery, tools, or anything that could snag it during physical work.
  • Use the fan speed control (where present) to match airflow to conditions — a lower speed in moderate heat conserves power bank capacity; a higher speed in peak afternoon sun provides maximum cooling effect.
  • The vest runs on 5V USB only — do not connect to mains power directly or to non-USB power sources. Do not use a damaged cable or a power bank with a faulty USB output port.
  • Switch off the fan when not in use — even at low speed, a fan left running overnight will fully drain a power bank and leave it uncharged for the following shift.
Power bank not included. Any standard 5V USB power bank is compatible. A higher-capacity power bank (20,000mAh+) is recommended for shifts longer than 10 hours or in very high temperatures where the fan runs at full speed continuously.
  • The vest is designed to be worn over a lightweight base layer — a thin moisture-wicking T-shirt works well. Wearing directly against bare skin is possible but the airflow effect is most consistent with a thin layer between the skin and the fan housing.
  • Size up if between sizes or if you plan to wear the vest over a heavier mid-layer in cooler mornings — a vest that is too tight restricts arm movement and reduces airflow circulation inside the garment.
  • Sizes M through 4XL cover a wide range of chest and torso measurements. Check the size guide on the product images for chest circumference measurements before ordering if you are unsure between two sizes.
  • The vest should sit comfortably on the shoulders with the fan housing positioned against the upper back or chest — if the vest rides up or the fan housing feels displaced during movement, try the next size up.
  • The vest provides active airflow cooling and is most effective in dry heat — it reduces core temperature buildup during sustained physical work by moving air across the skin continuously, improving comfort and reducing heatstroke risk compared to a standard vest.
  • In very humid conditions, airflow cooling is less effective than in dry heat — the vest still provides relief but the cooling differential is smaller when ambient humidity is high. Combine with adequate hydration and rest breaks in extreme humidity.
  • The vest is not a substitute for safe working practice in extreme heat — it is a tool that reduces risk. Continue to follow employer and HSE guidelines for working in hot conditions, including regular hydration, scheduled rest in shade, and monitoring for heat stress symptoms.
  • If you or a colleague show signs of heat exhaustion (heavy sweating, weakness, cold/pale/clammy skin, fast/weak pulse, nausea) — stop work, move to shade, remove the vest, and seek first aid immediately.
The vest is designed for outdoor work environments. It is not tested or rated for use near open flame, welding, or high-voltage electrical work. Check suitability with your site safety officer before use in specialist environments.
  • Disconnect the USB cable and remove the power bank before washing. Do not machine wash with the cable connected or with any electronic components attached to the vest.
  • Check the care label for the specific washing temperature — the labour protection fabric is typically machine washable at 30°C on a gentle cycle. Do not tumble dry or iron directly over the fan housing or USB port area.
  • Allow the vest to air dry fully before reconnecting the USB cable or powering the fan. Do not use the fan while the vest or the USB port area is damp.
  • Wipe the fan blades and housing periodically with a dry cloth to remove dust and debris that accumulates during outdoor work — a clean fan runs more efficiently and quietly than one clogged with site dust.
  • Do not submerge the vest in water or expose the fan housing and USB port to direct water spray. The vest is a work garment with integrated electronics, not a waterproof outdoor jacket.
Wear it. Power it. Stay cool.
