Shipping Policy
Every Novva Living order is fully tracked, insured, and comes with a tracking number — so you always know where your parcel is.
1. Estimated Delivery Times
Transit times run from the date of dispatch and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier capacity, or public holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates.

3. Customs & Import Duties
Your order may be subject to customs clearance on arrival. Any duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country's authorities are the responsibility of the recipient.
If you're unsure about potential charges, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.
4. Delivery
All shipments are fully tracked and insured. Parcels are delivered by your local postal service — visit our Track Your Order page to see which carrier will deliver yours. Most deliveries arrive with your regular mail.
If you're unavailable at delivery, your carrier will leave a notification advising how and where to collect your parcel.
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete information may cause delays.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking link. Allow 24–48 hours after receiving your tracking number for events to appear in the system.
If tracking hasn't updated after this window, your parcel may be experiencing a delay due to customs processing, adverse weather, or carrier backlogs. We monitor all shipments and will keep you informed if there's an issue.
6. Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, don't panic — occasional delays happen due to customs or local postal operations. Contact us and we'll look into it straight away.
If tracking shows no update for more than 45 days, we'll file a carrier claim and issue a full refund.
