Can I change my payment date?
Check your Klarna account for any options available for your plan, or contact Klarna. Do not assume a due date has changed unless Klarna confirms it.
How do returns affect my payment plan?
Contact us about your order under our returns information, and contact Klarna about your payment plan. Follow Klarna’s instructions and check whether any payment has been paused or adjusted. Reporting an issue does not itself confirm a return or refund.
What if I cannot pay on time?
Contact Klarna promptly for support. Missed payments can lead to late fees, debt collection and an impact on your credit file. Borrowing more than you can afford or paying late may affect your ability to obtain credit.
