Steam Cleaner.
A portable high-temperature, high-pressure steam cleaner that disinfects, degreases, and deep-cleans kitchen surfaces, bathroom tiles, air conditioner units, and upholstery without chemical cleaning agents. Model HC3800PRO. Available in 5 colours and 4 plug standards — UK, European, US, and Australian.
The high-temperature steam penetrates surface pores and kills bacteria, mould, and dust mites on contact without chemical cleaning agents — the method that is safer for households with children and pets, that leaves no residue on food preparation surfaces, and that is more effective at disinfection than cold-water cleaning on the same surfaces. No need to store or handle chemical sprays; the cleaning agent is water converted to pressurised steam.
The pressurised steam output blasts through baked-on kitchen grease, limescale, and tile grout staining that surface sprays and scrubbing cannot shift. Effective on hob surrounds, extractor fan filters, bathroom grout, and the internal fins of air conditioning units that accumulate dust and mould over a cooling season. The pressure does the work that scrubbing and soaking cannot, without scratching surfaces.
Designed to clean air conditioner units at home without a professional service call. Removes mould, dust, and bacteria from the internal fins and filters that accumulate over a cooling season — restoring airflow efficiency and eliminating the musty smell a dirty unit produces when first switched on each summer. The capability that removes an annual service cost and keeps the unit running efficiently year-round.
Available with UK, European, US, and Australian plug standards — select the correct plug type at checkout to ensure the unit is ready to use immediately on arrival without requiring an adaptor. The 4-standard availability makes it suitable for customers across different markets and for those purchasing for use in another country. The steam cleaner itself is identical across all plug variants; only the plug differs.
- Fill the water tank with clean water to the indicated fill line. Do not overfill.
- Plug in and allow the unit to heat up until the steam is ready — the indicator will signal when the unit has reached operating pressure.
- Select the appropriate attachment for the surface being cleaned — a brush head for tiles and grout, a nozzle for concentrated pressure on grease, or a wide head for upholstery and larger surfaces.
- Hold the steam head 5–10 cm from the surface and apply steam in slow, controlled passes. For heavy grease or staining, hold in place momentarily to allow the steam to penetrate before wiping.
- Wipe the loosened dirt and moisture from the surface with a clean cloth after steaming. For heavily soiled surfaces, a second pass may be needed.
- After use, allow the unit to cool fully before emptying any remaining water and storing.
- Kitchen surfaces & hobs: effective on ceramic, glass, and stainless steel hob surfaces. Apply steam to baked-on grease, allow to loosen, then wipe. Avoid prolonged steam on painted surfaces or unsealed wood.
- Bathroom tiles & grout: the pressure and heat combination is particularly effective on grout discolouration and limescale on taps and showerheads. Use the brush attachment for grout lines.
- Air conditioner units: remove the front panel and filter according to the unit’s manual. Apply steam to the internal fins in slow passes to dislodge accumulated dust and mould. Allow to dry fully before reinstalling the filter and running the unit.
- Upholstery & fabric: use the wide head attachment at a slightly greater distance. Test on a hidden area first — steam is effective on fabric odours and surface soiling but may affect some delicate fabrics.
- Not recommended for: unsealed natural stone, waxed wood floors, painted surfaces, delicate fabrics such as silk, or any surface where moisture penetration would cause damage.
- Empty the water tank after each use — leaving water in the tank can lead to limescale build-up inside the unit over time.
- In hard water areas, use filtered or distilled water to reduce limescale accumulation inside the boiler. Descale the unit periodically according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Clean the steam attachments after use by rinsing with water and allowing to dry before storing.
- Store the unit in a dry location with the water tank empty and the cord coiled loosely. Do not store while the unit is still warm.
- Check the steam head and attachments for mineral deposits periodically — a build-up of limescale on the steam nozzle will reduce steam output pressure over time.
- UK plug: three-pin plug for use in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Hong Kong, Singapore, and other markets using the BS 1363 standard.
- European plug: two-pin round plug (Type C/E/F) for use in mainland Europe, most of Asia, South America, and other markets using the Schuko or Europlug standard.
- US plug: two-pin flat plug (Type A/B) for use in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Japan, and other markets using the NEMA standard.
- Australian plug: three-pin angled plug (Type I) for use in Australia, New Zealand, China, and Argentina.
