01Bluetooth Calling — Answer From Your Wrist, Phone Stays in Your Pocket

Make or receive calls directly from the watch — call audio routes through the built-in microphone and speaker. The hands-free convenience that earns its place during workouts where the phone is in an armband, during commutes where it’s in a bag, and in any situation where handling the phone is inconvenient. Paired once, the watch reconnects automatically and rings with incoming calls so nothing is missed.

02Heart Rate Monitoring — Continuous, All-Day, on the Wrist

Tracks cardiovascular effort and resting rate throughout the day without manual activation. During exercise, real-time heart rate gives immediate feedback on workout intensity. Over time, resting heart rate trends reflect cardiovascular fitness changes — one of the clearest indicators of improving aerobic fitness. The always-on monitoring that makes this genuinely functional as a health tool, not just a timepiece with extra features.

03Push Notifications — Messages and Alerts on the Wrist

Messages, calls, and app alerts from the paired phone appear on the watch display — readable at a glance without reaching for the phone. Quiet, non-disruptive awareness during meetings, workouts, or any context where checking the phone would be inconvenient. Notifications on the wrist also reduce unconscious phone-checking — you know immediately when something arrives, so the phone can stay in the pocket.

046 Strap Styles — Same Watch, Six Different Looks

Six strap options across Silver and Black cases — from the lightest silicone skin for workouts to leather for smart-casual occasions. The strap choice effectively determines what the watch is: sport tracker or everyday accessory. Having six options means it can be both, and can shift between contexts without buying a second watch.

In the Box1 × Smart Watch
  • Silver — Silicone Skin: the most comfortable and lightweight option. Flexible, sweat-resistant, hypoallergenic — ideal for all-day wear and intensive workout use. Best for anyone prioritising comfort and fitness performance over aesthetic formality.
  • Silver — Steel: a clean, contemporary look that works for professional and smart-casual contexts. Holds its appearance well over time. Best for everyday wear that includes office and social occasions.
  • Silver — Vinyl: practical, easy to wipe clean, durable for active daily use. The low-maintenance option for varied conditions. Best for active daily use and outdoor contexts.
  • Black — Leather: the most refined option in the range. A leather strap on a black case gives a traditional, accessory-like appearance appropriate for formal and smart-casual settings where other strap styles would look too sporty. Best for occasions beyond everyday and sport wear.
  • Black — Vinyl: same practical qualities as Silver Vinyl on a black case — a slightly more understated, versatile combination. Best for active daily use with a preference for a darker aesthetic.
  • Black — Steel: a bold, contemporary look. The most striking combination in the range. Best for everyday wear with a preference for a darker, more assertive aesthetic.
For gifting: Black — Leather is the most impressive in a gift context and suits the widest range of occasions. Silver — Steel is the safest all-purpose choice if the recipient’s style preference is unknown.
  • Download the companion app (check product documentation for the specific app name) — required for full feature access including notification forwarding and call routing.
  • Enable Bluetooth on your phone and follow the in-app pairing instructions. Once paired, the watch reconnects automatically each time it comes within Bluetooth range of the phone.
  • To receive calls: ensure the watch is connected and within range (typically 10m). Incoming calls ring on the watch and can be answered or declined directly — audio routes through the built-in microphone and speaker.
  • To receive push notifications: enable notification access for the companion app in your phone’s settings (iOS: Settings → Notifications; Android: Settings → Apps → Companion App → Notifications). Select which app notifications to forward within the companion app.
  • Heart rate monitoring begins automatically when the watch is worn and the sensor detects skin contact. No manual activation required.
If Bluetooth calling drops during a call, ensure the phone and watch are within range and that no other audio devices (earphones, car Bluetooth) are competing for the audio output from the phone.
  • Silicone Skin: wipe with a damp cloth or rinse under running water. Dry thoroughly before wearing. The lowest-maintenance strap type — resistant to sweat, water, and most cleaning agents. Clean underneath periodically to prevent irritation from sweat build-up.
  • Steel: wipe with a soft dry or lightly damp cloth. Avoid prolonged immersion. Dry thoroughly after water exposure to prevent oxidation of the link joints. Polish occasionally with a soft cloth to maintain the finish.
  • Vinyl: wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap if needed. Easy to clean and water-resistant. Avoid sharp objects and prolonged UV exposure, which can cause discolouration over time.
  • Leather: wipe with a dry cloth only — avoid water, sweat, and humidity where possible. Do not wear during workouts or in rain. Condition occasionally with a leather care product to maintain suppleness and prevent cracking. The most care-intensive strap but the most refined in appearance.
For all strap types: remove the strap periodically to clean the case, the underside of the strap, and the skin contact area. Clean the charging contacts with a dry cotton swab to maintain charging consistency.
  • Wear with the sensor side against the skin, one finger-width above the wrist bone — snug but comfortable, enough contact for accurate optical heart rate readings without restricting circulation.
  • For the most accurate heart rate readings, keep still for 30–60 seconds during a resting measurement. Real-time exercise readings will vary with movement — this is normal and reflects actual cardiovascular effort during activity.
  • Sync the watch with the companion app at least once daily to back up heart rate and activity data. The watch stores data locally and older data may be overwritten if storage capacity is reached before syncing.
  • Review heart rate trends over a minimum of 7 days for the most useful picture — individual readings vary with activity, stress, temperature, and hydration. Trends are more meaningful than isolated readings.
  • Keep the watch charged to ensure Bluetooth calling and notifications remain available throughout the day — both features require an active connection, which draws from the battery. Charge on a consistent schedule to maintain reliable all-day availability.
