The five-hole spray nozzle distributes fine mist evenly across the airflow — a broader, more even cooling and humidifying effect across the face and immediate desk area, avoiding the localised dampness a single-nozzle fan can leave on skin or nearby surfaces.

Place the fan on a flat, stable surface — a desk, bedside table, or any level surface within reach of a mains socket. Keep at least 20cm of clearance around the fan body to allow adequate airflow and prevent the motor from overheating during extended use.
Fill the water reservoir with clean, cold tap water before plugging in. Do not overfill beyond the indicated maximum fill line — overfilling can cause water to reach internal components during operation. Empty and refill with fresh water daily during regular use.
Plug into a standard mains socket. Switch on using the power button and select your preferred fan speed before activating the mist function — activating mist without the fan running is not recommended as it can cause localised water pooling near the nozzles.
For first use, run the fan for 5–10 minutes on the mist setting before positioning it near a laptop, keyboard, or other electronics — allow any initial manufacturing residue to clear from the nozzles before directing mist at sensitive equipment.
Position the atmosphere light setting (where independently controlled) to suit the room — in bedroom use, a lower light level is more conducive to sleep than a bright light left on overnight.

Use clean, cold tap water only. Do not use hot water, flavoured water, essential oils, or any additive in the reservoir — additives can block the spray nozzles, corrode internal components, and void any applicable warranty.
The five-hole spray nozzle produces a fine mist rather than a heavy spray — at close range (within 30–50cm) you will feel a light, cool mist on the skin. At distances above 1 metre, the mist dissipates into the airflow and the primary effect is cooled, slightly humidified air.
In rooms with poor ventilation or very high ambient humidity, run the fan without the mist function activated to avoid over-humidifying the space. Persistent high humidity in an enclosed room can encourage condensation and, over time, mould growth.
Do not direct the mist spray directly at a laptop screen, open books, paperwork, or other moisture-sensitive items at close range. Position the fan so the mist disperses into the room rather than landing directly on a surface.
Empty the water reservoir when the fan is not in use for more than 24 hours. Standing water can develop bacteria and odour if left for extended periods — rinse with fresh water before refilling after a break in use.

Do not use essential oils or fragrance additives in the water tank. These will block the spray nozzles and are not compatible with this fan’s misting system.

Use the lowest fan speed setting for quiet background cooling during sleep, focused work, or video calls — at low speed the fan noise is minimal and the mist output is gentle. Higher speeds increase both airflow and mist volume, improving cooling in very hot conditions but increasing ambient noise.
The atmosphere light can typically be used independently of the fan and mist functions — it can remain on as a bedside or desk light without the fan running. Refer to the control buttons on your unit for the exact combination.
If the fan is used overnight in a bedroom, consider running it on a lower speed and lower mist output to avoid over-humidifying the room during sleep. High mist output in a closed bedroom over a full night can make bedding and soft furnishings feel damp by morning.
The mist function is most effective when the ambient temperature is above 25°C — in cooler rooms the fan may be more comfortable to use on airflow only.

Unplug the fan before cleaning. Do not clean with the fan plugged in or with the power on.
Empty and rinse the water reservoir with clean water weekly during regular use. Wipe the interior with a soft damp cloth to remove any limescale or residue build-up — limescale from hard water can accumulate on the spray nozzles and reduce mist output over time.
Clean the five-hole spray nozzle periodically by soaking in white vinegar diluted in water for 10–15 minutes, then rinsing with clean water. This removes mineral deposits that block spray output. Do not use abrasive tools on the nozzle surface.
Wipe the exterior housing with a soft damp cloth. Do not immerse the fan body in water or spray water directly onto the controls, motor housing, or plug.
Allow all parts to dry fully before reassembling and plugging back in. Do not plug in with any moisture remaining in or around the electrical components.
