Scalapay

Spread an eligible purchase over monthly instalments, if Scalapay is offered at checkout.

Scalapay offers payment plans of three or four monthly instalments. The first payment is charged at purchase, followed by monthly repayments. The four-instalment option includes a service fee, shown at checkout. For the three-instalment option, there are no additional costs when you pay on time. Late fees may apply if you miss a repayment.

Scalapay currently supports payments in euros (EUR) in selected countries. It is not a GBP payment option. Availability depends on the checkout options offered for your order and Scalapay’s approval.

Read the repayment schedule, fees and terms presented to you before agreeing. Only choose a payment plan if you can afford every instalment.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Scalapay?

Scalapay is a payment service that lets eligible customers split purchases into three or four monthly instalments. Payment options depend on availability at checkout.

How do I use Scalapay?

If Scalapay appears at checkout, select it and follow its instructions. Review the plan, fees and terms, then complete the steps requested by Scalapay.

Where can I use Scalapay?

Scalapay supports EUR payments in selected European countries and territories. Availability is not worldwide and it does not support GBP payments. Check supported countries and currency.

Who can use Scalapay?

Eligibility depends on Scalapay’s requirements in your country and its assessment of your purchase. Follow the requirements shown during checkout. An available option does not guarantee approval.

How does the payment schedule work?

For Pay in 3, the first payment is due at purchase, the second one month later and the third two months later. If Pay in 4 is offered and selected, a fourth payment is due three months after purchase. A service fee applies to the four-instalment option. Your confirmed schedule is shown in your Scalapay account.

What if I cannot pay an instalment?

Contact Scalapay promptly and check your account for available payment options. Late fees may apply. Follow the terms for your country and payment plan rather than assuming a due date has changed.

When will my items be delivered?

Check the delivery information for your order. An instalment plan does not itself change our stated delivery guidance. For order questions, visit our Help & Support page.

Is there a limit to how much I can spend?

Refer to the amount and payment options Scalapay offers during checkout. This page does not promise a spending limit or approval for a particular order.

Can I use another form of payment?

If you do not want to use Scalapay, choose another available payment method at checkout. Do not assume that an order can be split between Scalapay and another payment method unless checkout offers it.

How do returns or refunds affect my plan?

Contact us about your order and contact Scalapay about your payment schedule. Check your account for any confirmed adjustment. Reporting a return does not itself confirm a refund or pause a payment.

Where can I find more information about Scalapay?

Visit Scalapay’s explanation of how it works and review the terms shown for your plan.
